Returns

• We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

• Video proof is mandatory to process a return. The video must clearly show the issue with the product, starting from unboxing.

• Returns are not applicable on innerwear such as vests due to hygiene reasons.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

  Exchanges

  • We offer exchange within 3 days of delivery for size or product-related issues.

  • A return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged for exchanges.

  • Exchange requests without complete packaging or video proof may be declined.

    • Returns or exchanges requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

    • In case a replacement is not available, a store credit or refund will be issued after quality check.

    • UpClothing reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy guidelines.

• At checkout, you’ll be asked to pay ₹30 in advance.

• The remaining amount can be paid in cash when the order is delivered to your doorstep.

This small upfront amount helps us confirm genuine orders and reduce cancellations. Don’t worry – your order is still mostly COD, and the ₹30 is adjusted against your total bill.
