RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
Video proof is mandatory to process a return. The video must clearly show the issue with the product, starting from unboxing.
Returns are not applicable on innerwear such as vests due to hygiene reasons.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Exchanges
We offer exchange within 3 days of delivery for size or product-related issues.
A return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged for exchanges.
Exchange requests without complete packaging or video proof may be declined.
Important Notes
Returns or exchanges requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
In case a replacement is not available, a store credit or refund will be issued after quality check.
UpClothing reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy guidelines.

WASH AND CARE
Wash gently with cold water using mild detergent – either by hand or on a delicate machine cycle.
Always turn the printed T-shirts inside out and wash separately to preserve the art work on the tee. Avoid Bleach and do NOT direct iron on the print. Â
