DISPATCH
Orders are processed and dispatched by the next business day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
DELIVERY TIME
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

PREPAID & PARTIAL COD
We offer prepaid and eligible partial Cash on Delivery payment options at checkout. Partial COD requires a ₹50 advance. Review the remaining amount, delivery charges and order total before paying. Full COD without an advance is not offered.
The Partial COD advance is non-refundable under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.
