Some UpClothing products, including acid-wash garments, are individually finished and may naturally vary in colour, tone and wash pattern. Normal variations disclosed on the relevant product page are part of the character of the product and do not by themselves constitute a manufacturing defect.
We may update, modify or discontinue products and product availability from time to time.
3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we confirm it and the applicable payment or partial COD amount has been successfully processed or authorized.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of inventory availability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incorrect order information. Where applicable, amounts already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded through the appropriate payment or refund method.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our store include applicable taxes. Any shipping or additional charges applicable to an order are displayed before checkout is completed.
