What sizes do you offer?

Most UpClothing styles are available in S, M, L, XL and XXL. Available sizes may vary by product. Please refer to the Size Guide on the product page before ordering.

How do your oversized T-shirts fit?

Our oversized T-shirts are designed with a relaxed silhouette and dropped shoulders. Please refer to the product Size Guide before selecting your size.

Are your oversized T-shirts unisex?

Yes. Our oversized styles are designed to be worn as unisex fits unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Why does my acid-wash T-shirt look slightly different from the images?

Our acid-wash garments are finished by hand, so natural variations in colour, tone and wash pattern are expected. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

Eligible exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for a ₹99 fee, subject to stock and approval. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for charges and how to request one.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

A ₹99 fee applies to eligible standard returns for a refund and to eligible exchanges. Approved wrong, damaged, missing-item or parcel-damage claims are exempt. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility and deductions.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched by the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

We offer prepaid and eligible partial COD options at checkout. Partial COD requires a ₹50 advance; the remaining amount and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. Full COD without an advance is not offered. The advance is non-refundable under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes inspection, through the applicable payment method. Standard returns carry a ₹99 deduction; for Partial COD orders, the ₹50 advance is non-refundable under our current policy. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary. How should I wash my T-shirt?

Wash inside out in cold water with similar colours. Use a mild detergent, avoid bleach and tumble drying, and dry naturally in the shade. Do not iron directly over prints.
